Principal Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Principal Product Manager – Gaming  Experience (MWEB/NATIVE) at LeoVegas & MGM, This role is critical as it owns the Gaming product, its player journey and experiences across all markets and brands. You'll operate at the intersection of business, operations, development, and user experience, prioritizing the right customer problems within your product area.

The primary focus of this role is to lead the development of the Gaming product vision and define a roadmap that delivers value to customers, enable customer experiences that are sticky, drive innovation and build a tier 1 market leading casino product. You will define success metrics, set and evaluate targets, and work closely with both your team and business stakeholders.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

● Act as the Product Leader for the Gaming Experience across all LeoVegas Group and MGM Resorts brands

● Drive product development across multiple brands with distinct value propositions.

● Lead and mentor a team of experienced Product Owners.

● Partner with Engineering to define the product vision and deliver a tier-one product experience across web and app platforms.

● Optimize delivery organization within the Gaming Division.

● Build a deep understanding of customer needs and motivations; use insights and experimentation to enhance player journeys, lobby experiences, gamification features, jackpots, tournaments, and other gaming-related flows.

● Estimate and scope activities in collaboration with development teams.

● Work proactively with Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure legal and operational requirements are met and correctly interpreted.

● Review and interpret technical documentation (e.g., APIs).

● Produce supporting documentation for business and technical functions.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

● years of experience as a Product Lead or Product Manager.

● years in Gaming

● Experience in building, releasing, enhancing a Tier1 gaming product on any vertical or market with 100m+ revenue

● Proven experience leading hypothesis-driven product development efforts from strategy through delivery and post-launch iteration.

● Strong ability to translate quantitative data, A/B testing results, and qualitative insights into informed product decisions and clear roadmaps.

● Excellent leadership and communication skills.

● Extremely analytical and data driven

NICE TO HAVES

● Experience in a digital consultancy or scale-up environment, managing client relationships or leading digital product development.

● Strong background in service design and user-centric product development.

● Understanding of the iGaming market across multiple territories.

● Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Datadog.
