Finnish-Speaking Senior Affiliate Manager

An Online Casino Operator based in Malta is currently looking for a Finnish-Speaking Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in setting up the brand and helping shape its identity and success.

This is a Malta-based role with hybrid/flexible working conditions, offering a competitive salary of up to €65K.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing affiliate acquisition channels and growth strategy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key affiliates
- Monitoring and managing affiliate performance against KPIs
- Leading deal and commission negotiations to maximise ROI
- Collaborating with internal teams while supporting affiliates with campaigns, creative assets, and performance insights
- Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
- Representing the brand at industry events and exhibitions both locally and internationally
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in affiliate management within iGaming
- Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong network within the Finnish market
- Previous experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to attend industry and affiliate events
About the Role
- Salary of up to €65K depending on experience
- KPI-related bonus after completion of probation
- Flexible/Hybrid employment terms (based in Malta)
