Job Description JOB TITLE Digital Marketing Officer LEVEL/BAND DEPARTMENT Strategy & Marketing DIRECT REPORT (JOB TITLE) Senior Digital Marketing Officer Overall Purpose of the Position We are looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen our digital presence and drive growth across online channels. The ideal candidate will maintain and develop the website and social media content, set lead generation campaigns, monitor KPIs and report campaign performance to the relevant stakeholders. We are looking for a marketer who is comfortable with all areas of digital (social media management, PPC and display advertising, SEO, email marketing, content management, analytics), and willing to learn within a dynamic and young environment. Operational Responsibilities · Manage the social media presence for the Bank's channels by creating and posting engaging content in line with plans, reflecting brand guidelines. · Support the day-to-day management of the Bank's website on WordPress, by improving usability, content and design and updating as required. · Set lead generation campaigns through social media (Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads), PPC & display advertising (Google Ads), and email marketing, to promote the Bank's products and services and generate conversions. · Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to relevant stakeholders to guide future initiatives. · Support the planning and execution of online events and webinars. · Work with external agencies and content creators when required. . Perform any duty that may be assigned with Excellence, Passion, Inclusion, Contemporary & Authenticity Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Mandatory Skill · Passionate about all areas of digital marketing · Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices · Excellent communicator · Team player, very organised, creative, and enthusiastic · Problem-solver with agile mindsetEnglish native-speaker or fluent Experience · 2 years' experience in a similar role carrying out digital marketing tasks · Experience of managing websites, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketingExperience of working with analytics tools and compiling reports QualificationBachelors / Masters in relevant disciplines Desirable Skill Comfort in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Committed to self-development ExperienceExperience of working in the Banking/Finance industry QualificationProfessional Diploma in Digital Marketing or similar certifications
