About the Role
We're seeking Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers with a proven background in B2B sales within the iGaming and fintech sectors. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative cybersecurity provider and play a key role in driving business growth across global markets.

You'll be responsible for developing new partnerships, managing key accounts, and promoting the company's suite of cybersecurity and DDoS protection services to medium and enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert B2B leads within the iGaming and fintech industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in Malta and internationally.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (2 years) within iGaming, fintech, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of iGaming / FOREX or fintech contacts.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, hosting, or internet infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of market trends and regulatory landscape in iGaming and fintech.
