The Wealth Management Officer will assist the Wealth Management team in supporting the day-to-day management of investment portfolios, ensuring the seamless execution of various portfolio-related tasks and fostering excellent relationships with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the investment process and be proactive in ensuring that administrative, reporting, and client servicing tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and organising KYC/AML documentation for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Help set up new client accounts and input information into systems.

  • Prepare and organise client agreements, forms, and reporting documentation.

  • Monitor and track client portfolio performance, updating data for internal analysis.

  • Compile trade blotters and provide accurate record-keeping of transactions.

  • Assist in preparing data and analysis for portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation adjustments.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic client queries, escalating complex issues to senior team members.

  • Prepare regular client reports, including portfolio performance updates, account statements, and other relevant materials.

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring that necessary materials are prepared in advance.

  • Assist with preparing and tracking regulatory filings and compliance documentation.

  • Help collect and review client documents for ongoing KYC/AML checks and ensure records are up-to-date.

  • Maintain accurate client records for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Provide general administrative support, including document filing, scheduling, and preparing meeting materials.
