Your daily pitch

In football, data drives every decision - from player performance to game strategy. As our Operations Intelligence Analyst (m/f/x) you are our data champion and help us in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to our business operations. Just like a top coach relies on stats to refine strategy, you will identify trends and areas for improvement and help us win by contributing to smarter, data-driven decisions for our business.

 

Your playing field

• Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement - helping the team to stay ahead of the competition. 
• Deep dive into our customer journeys with the goal to identify possible improvements. 
• Support in leading task forces and address any identified issues and opportunities for enhancing our game.
• Prepare and present findings to the Head of Operations Intelligence and other stakeholders - giving our team the intelligence they need to make game-winning decisions.
• Ensure data and KPIs are available and fulfilling the needs for data-driven decision making.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Education. Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or in a similar field. 
• Background. 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of digital and technical products and solutions within the sports betting or iGaming industry.
• Analytical Mindset.  You bring advanced analytical skills, rely on data with a strong understanding of numbers. You identify problems and think in solutions.
• Technical Skills. Excellent understanding of data and database (DHW) concepts and confidence in using SQL and Excel.
