Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Destination Services Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming bookings accurately and manage stop-sales across internal and third-party systems
  • Assist in the organisation and logistics of leisure groups, ensuring smooth coordination of services
  • Communicate essential pre-activity information to customers via email and WhatsApp
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Confidently handle incoming and emergency calls, providing clear, courteous, and solution-oriented assistance
  • Assist in validating provider invoices related to group services
  • Perform additional office duties and tasks as assigned by the manager


Requirements
  • Confidence in handling and answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and resolving issues calmly, professionally, and with a customer-first approach
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new internal systems and software during training
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
  • Outstanding communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Highly organised, diligent, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to address operational or emergency issues promptly while maintaining a courteous and professional approach with customers and service providers
