GYM CLASS COORDINATOR – HARD ROCK HOTEL MALTA
Are you passionate about fitness, organization and creating seamless experiences for guests? We're looking for a Gym Class Coordinator to join Hard Rock Hotel Malta, managing class schedules, bookings and ensuring that every fitness session runs smoothly.

Your Mission
As our Gym Class Coordinator, you'll oversee the planning and coordination of all gym classes, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, organized and motivating experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage class schedules, bookings and guest registrations

• Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class delivery

• Provide information to guests about classes, schedules and services

• Monitor attendance and collect feedback to enhance guest experience

• Maintain the gym and studio areas clean, organized and safe

• Support the team during busy periods and ensure classes run efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in fitness coordination, reception or customer service

• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills

• Passion for fitness, wellness and guest service

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
