Role Overview

As Service Delivery and Supply Manager, you will oversee and optimize our end-to-end delivery processes, cross-functional project coordination, and organization-wide vendor management. You'll ensure smooth customer deliveries, align internal teams, manage suppliers, and drive cost optimization — all while supporting larger infrastructure-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full customer delivery process, from ticket handling to internal coordination and customer communication.
  • Coordinate larger cross-team projects involving Engineering, Sales, Finance, Network, and other departments.
  • Maintain and improve delivery procedures, documentation, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships across the company — from selection and onboarding to performance and escalations.
  • Drive cost follow-up and lead re-negotiations of supplier agreements to optimize terms.
  • Oversee logistics, shipments, and hardware inventory tied to infrastructure and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivery coordination, project management, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Previous experience in the hosting industry and a good understanding of technical infrastructure (e.g., data centers, networking, hardware).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in cost control and contract negotiation.
