Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you'll handle customer inquiries via email and live chat—no phone calls required. Your work will focus on ensuring content quality, enforcing community standards, and detecting potential fraud, all while providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, timely responses to customer queries through email and chat

  • Moderate and review user-generated content to align with platform guidelines

  • Investigate and address suspicious or fraudulent activities

  • Keep accurate, well-organized records of cases

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support workflows

  • Use modern tools to deliver precise, high-quality information

  • Achieve performance goals while contributing to overall team success

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners

  • Stay sharp and up to date with ongoing training and best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
