Experience Lisbon: Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Speakers (proficiency C1and higher) for our client, an American multinational IT consulting and outsourcing company: join their team as a Legal Operation Analyst (a Content Review role) in
Santos, Lisbon (a centrally located area with great transport
connection). This is an on-site role, offering structured work hours
from Monday to Friday. No prior experience in a contact center is
required, making this an excellent opportunity for both entry-level

Job Title: Legal Operation Analyst - Content Moderation without Sensitive Content
Location: Santos, Lisbon (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to Weekends fixed off
Experience: With or without previous contact center experience


Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming legal requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
- Back-office role with no direct customer interaction.


Requirements :
- German language proficiency (spoken and written) on C1 level and higher
- English proficiency at B2 level and higher (spoken and written)
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- No previous content moderation experience required (up to 12 months is considered a plus).

A possession of a EU
member state passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal is a
MUST to be considered for this role as there is no legalization
assistance provided.

Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive annual base salary
- Language Premium Bonus (LP): EUR 3,240 annually, split into monthly installments
- Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 per workday (paid in meal card)
- Transportation Bonus: EUR 720 annually
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the annual base salary
- Total Monthly Compensation: EUR performance bonus
