What's the opportunity? As our Business Optimization Associate you will be responsible of supporting the analysis and optimization of our operational costs. What will you be doing? Assisting in analyzing the operational cost structure to identify areas for improvement. Supporting the execution of cost optimization plans. Contributing to data management and KPI reporting within the company. Providing support to different departments on cost-related matters. What skills do you need? Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting. Experience with Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with data science concepts, tools, or methodologies (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or machine learning basics). Strong organizational skills, with the ability to assist in multiple tasks and projects. Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and learn from challenges. Good communication and analytical skills. Advanced/Fluent English. What do we offer?
