One of Malta's leading advisory firms is looking for aSenior Accountant to join their team.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of international clients across various industries, as well as private clients. If you're looking for a new challenge, this is the right opportunity for you.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of up to €45K, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, handling their financial and management accounting
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with VAT regulations
  • Prepare computations and returns for corporate income tax
  • Train and assist junior accounting team members

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant in Malta – non-negotiable
  • years of experience in a similar role in client accounting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English – non-negotiable
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Client-first approach
  • Strong attention to detail

About the Role
