On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is looking for a Sales & Customer Executive to join a leading insurance company with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and people-first values.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, intermediaries, and handle phone/email queries with professionalism and care

• Provide product information, issue quotations, and guide customers through policy setup and updates

• Manage customer requests, process changes, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience

• Promote new products and contribute to business growth

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Team player who can also work independently

• Fluent in Maltese and English (Spanish is a plus)

• Progress toward or possession of a CII qualification is highly valued
