Industry: Services Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary Main Duties: Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries and provide assistanceKeep up to date with the latest HR practicesSchedule meetings, interviews and HR eventsMaintain and update employee records (both physical files and HRIS)Support the recruitment/onboarding process by processing work permitdocumentation, communicating with internal departments and registering withrelevant authorities such as JobsplusSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProduce and submit reports on general HR activityAssist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties that may be required What Skills do you need? Secondary level of Education with O level standard in main subjects (eg. English and Mathematics)Preferably with 1 year working experience in HR or administration, ideally with a keen interest in Human ResourcesKnowledge/experience using HRIS, work permit process and related authoritiesDemonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasksAble to adhere to all organisational policies, regulations, and standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to provide a positive employee experience in response time and support Eligibility to work in the EU is a mustWant to see more jobs?
