About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle of our game titles. This role blends creative vision with strategic execution, focusing on Casino Game design, feature innovation, player engagement, and monetization. You will be the driving force behind ensuring our games deliver exceptional player experiences while achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned game titles.Align game features and updates with market trends, player feedback, and business objectives.Game Design & Feature Innovation Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize and refine engaging gameplay features.Champion innovative mechanics, live events, and content updates to keep players engaged.Player Engagement & Retention Analyze player behavior, feedback, and in-game metrics to optimize retention and satisfaction.Implement community-driven features and events to foster loyalty.Monetization & Business Performance Develop and execute monetization strategies that enhance player value without compromising experience.Monitor KPIs such as ARPU, DAU/MAU, and conversion rates to inform decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with game designers, developers, artists, marketing, and analytics teams.Ensure timely delivery of features and updates within budget and scope.Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle from concept to live operations, including updates, expansions, and sunsetting. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in product management,Casino Game Development Lifecycle experience.Proven track record of managing successful game titles from concept to live operations.Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and free-to-play/live service models.Proficiency in analyzing data to drive product decisions.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for iGaming and deep knowledge of industry trends.
