Location: Malta (Relocation Supported) Industry: Real Estate Investment (Residential) About the Role: R77 is supporting a European real estate fund to hire a Senior Investment Manager specialising in residential real estate. Based in Malta, this leadership role will oversee residential property investments across the EU, with a strategic focus on the German market. You will guide end-to-end analysis, investment evaluation, and final decision-making for residential acquisitions sourced primarily by the German transaction team. Key Responsibilities: Lead residential investment strategy and execution for the fund, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio goals. Review and sign off on residential asset investment proposals originated by the German entity. Oversee deep research and financial modelling for residential markets across the EU, with Germany as the primary focus. Guide and mentor support staff preparing investment reports, risk assessments, and market feasibility studies. Collaborate closely with the German transaction team to ensure strategic fit and due diligence completeness. Represent the Maltese entity in all final decision-making and stakeholder communications regarding residential investments. Ensure smooth portfolio integration and alignment with fund objectives. Requirements: 3 to 5+ years of experience in real estate investment, with a strong track record in residential property across Europe.Solid understanding of German residential markets (Berlin and beyond).Exceptional analytical and modelling capabilities.Experience overseeing cross-border portfolios and managing support teams.Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong asset.Willingness to relocate to Malta and work closely with both local and international teams.
