Your day-to-day will include: Handling inbound calls and converting enquiries into confirmed salesMeeting performance goals in sales, quality, and customer careProviding accurate information and assistance across all servicesCollaborating with teammates and supporting other markets when neededSharing customer feedback to help us improve our service experienceManaging customer complaints professionally and efficiently What We´re Looking For We´re looking for a motivated, customer-oriented professional who loves communication and teamwork.
