About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Executive to join our team at Quad Consultancy. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing our invoicing processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments, and resolving billing disputes.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced education level, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will also have excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage invoicing processes from issuance to recording with accuracy.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding payments and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
- Maintain organized transaction records and provide documentation for audits.
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to address billing issues promptly.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
