Customer Support Specialist for Multilingual Marketplaces

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing top-notch support to customers in a multilingual marketplace. As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

• User-Generated Content Review: You will review and ensure that user-generated content meets our guidelines.
• Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing positive, empathetic, and professional support related to our online marketplace.
• Communication Procedures: Follow communication procedures and company policies to deliver consistent service.
• Evaluation and Decision-Making: Evaluate and make decisions in line with defined policies and guidelines.

• No experience required, though customer service experience is a bonus.
• Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• German (native or advanced) and English (conversational) language skills.
• Professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and follow procedures.
• Possession for making a positive impact.
• Flexibility in working hours, as this is a rotational shift-based role.

• 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
• Initial training will be on-site at the office, and you can work from home once the Manager/Trainer approves your ability to work independently.
• Rotational shifts: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm - midnight, with two days off during the week. Shift times may vary depending on operational needs.
• Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the role, as we operate 365 days a year.
• During the training period, you will work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
• Once approved to work from home, morning shifts (Monday to Friday) can be done from home or the office, while weekend and late shifts are remote only.

The estimated salary for this role is €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
