Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Quad Consultancy in Malta.

About the Role:

  • Assist with daily finance activities, maintaining general ledger accounts and providing audit support
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations
  • Support accurate financial reporting and metrics, as well as the management of our accounting system
  • Prepare and post supplier reconciliations and payments, monthly bank reconciliations, and invoices
  • Assist with employee time/expense reports and credit checks on prospects
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with billing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS tools
  • Possess excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
