At Quad Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to oversee the efficient handling of FMCG products from receipt to dispatch. The role involves ensuring productivity targets are met and operations run smoothly.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Warehouse Management: Strategically manage warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and space utilisation.
  • Goods Receipt and Distribution: Oversee goods receipt, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Stock Control and Reporting: Manage stock control, investigate discrepancies, and report findings.
  • Service Quality and Maintenance: Produce reports and statistics, receive feedback, and monitor service quality. Monitor security systems and maintenance, and optimise route planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Warehouse/Operations Manager, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and expertise in warehouse management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
