Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Cash Transaction Specialist to oversee and process daily payments, ensuring all transactions meet internal/external rules, cut-off times, and product requirements.

Liaison and Communication:

Act as the liaison with cards and lending teams, correspondent banks, and third-party payment providers for payment-related issues.

Reporting and Reconciliation:

Generate daily reports for reconciliation purposes and assist with invoicing and settlements from banks and payment providers.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Payments Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ordinary/Advanced level qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar operational role within financial services.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
