**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Quad Consultancy in Malta. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing export shipments, sourcing materials, and overseeing inventory management.

**Estimated Salary Range:** €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate export shipments, ensuring all required documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained and optimized for efficient supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Lead and coordinate a team to plan and execute delivery schedules, meeting customer demands and expectations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to lead effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and EU laws.
