Job Description:

• This sales executive role involves promoting and selling advertising and sponsorship options to potential clients.
• The ideal candidate will have similar sales experience in online news portals and a tertiary-level education, particularly in business studies, communications, or events management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the client's advertising and sponsorship options to potential clients.
• Identify and engage with potential advertisers and sponsors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, promptly resolving their needs and issues.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Digital media expertise, preferably in news or publishing media.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English language skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
