Creative Media Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Media Specialist to join our team at Level-Up.

The selected candidate will work on a reduced hours basis and be responsible for various tasks, including digital collateral management, website updates, brand identity implementation, template preparation, and content generation for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Collateral Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and adjusting digital assets for our website and social media platforms, ensuring images, videos, and graphics are optimized for online use and align with our branding strategy.
• Website Updates: Support the team with regular updates to our website, including uploading new projects and imagery, while ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO best practices.
• Brand Identity Implementation: Aid in applying Brand Identity Guidelines to new branding materials, reviewing existing collateral, and making necessary adjustments for consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all platforms.
• Template Preparation: Assist in creating templates for presentations, report letterheads, and office stationery according to our new brand standards, using design software to create polished, professional-looking documents.
• Content Generation for Social Media: Support the team in generating engaging content for social media channels, brainstorming ideas, drafting posts, and sourcing images or graphics that align with our messaging and audience engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Pursuing an advanced diploma qualification or a recognized qualification in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, including a keen eye for detail in written content.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
