Sales Support Representative

• Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or changes due to customers
• Greeting customers and responding to phone calls in a courteous manner
• Handling petty cash requests
• Posting accounting records to various systems and preparing necessary verification procedures
• Carrying out reconciliations (bank and cash) on company accounts and preparing deposits to the bank
• Performing other administrative tasks as directed by superiors

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in office suite software. Prior experience working in a similar environment will be considered an asset.
