Coat Shop Supervisor

Outreach Recruitment Agency is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Coat Shop Supervisor to join our esteemed team.

We are seeking a results-driven individual to lead our body shop technicians, providing expert guidance and training as needed. This role involves maintaining the highest level of technical productivity, supporting both management and administration in production booking processes, and driving quality service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• To coordinate planning, organization, scheduling, and task assignment within MAS to ensure seamless operations.
• To supervise and mentor all paint shop employees, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• To oversee parts intake, inventory management, storage, and distribution from the paint shop, guaranteeing efficient supply chain management.
• To maintain and update paint shop equipment to industry standards, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• To monitor and reconcile tooling inventory, preventing losses and optimizing resources.
• To manage consumables, paint, and fuel orders, as well as deliveries, to maintain smooth operations.
• To facilitate effective communication with departmental personnel and external partners.
• To ensure all employees adhere to health and safety protocols and company policies.
• To report any potential health hazards to the Manager/Health and Safety Representative/Health and Safety Coordinator.
• To deliver repairs that meet manufacturer standards and methods, upholding the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
