Our client, an international aviation company, is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales administration team to oversee customer invoicing, verify sales journal entries, and optimize order administration tools.
Prepare VAT filings and ensure timely submission of related returns.
Generate monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with local regulations.
Track and manage budgets, income, and expenses to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
Ensure ongoing monitoring and control of accounting procedures and financial management systems.
Handle payroll processing, including booking salaries, benefits, and taxes, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
Ensure payroll reports and returns are completed accurately and on time.
Compile and submit both internal and external financial reports within established deadlines.
RequirementsExcellent communication in English Ability to work in a Team Experience working in France as an Accountant is a Must Education and ExperienceExperience in managing a team Fully qualified Accountant or eligible qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in Accounts
