A well-established client of ours operating in Waste Management, is searching for an Office Administrator to join their tight-knit team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Maintain and update company databases.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for auditing purposes
Order office supplies
General administrative duties and administrative support to internal teams
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
RequirementsProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Fluency in Maltese AND English is a mustExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and planning skillsAdaptability and the ability to handle a variety of tasksEducation and ExperienceO Level Standard of EducationPrior experience in an administrative role is mandatory, ideally within the construction industryPrior experience in logistics is considered a plus
