Our esteemed client in Malta is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead their growth strategy. As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing efforts forward.

  • Reporting directly to the directors, you will bring a structured approach to sales and marketing, leveraging your expertise to drive growth.
  • You will provide strategic vision for both marketing and sales, developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Leading a high-performing sales team, you will oversee recruitment, training, and management, ensuring consistent messaging and data-driven decision making.
  • You will be responsible for adopting the Challenger Sales Model, driving branding, and developing structured processes to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in Sales & Marketing, with a strategic and operational mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Preferably, experience in the professional services industry, with a tertiary level of education.
  • The ability to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and lead by example.
