We are looking for a Billings Executive to join our client's dynamic team. As part of the day-to-day duties, the selected candidate will be responsible for gathering all the information required relating to all the invoices issued by the company as well as sending the invoices to the responsible parties. S/he will also be responsible for any other administrative duties and ad hoc reporting as required by the Financial Controller.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Malta's leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Generate and send out invoices.
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Perform account reconciliations.
Resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate ageing analysis.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
Process credit card payments.
Investigate and resolve customer queries.
Process adjustments.
Communicate with customers via phone or email.
Assist with month-end closing.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Proven work experience in a similar position.
Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION

A bachelor's degree is considered an asset.

WORKING TIME

Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:00 with 30 minutes break.
