We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Payroll Executive to join our growing team at Payroll Malta. You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager and your duties will include:

Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
Migrations and parallel runs
Adhoc Reporting
Jobsplus Management
Leave Management
Time & Attendance
Issuing invoices
Processing Salary Payments
Processing FS5 Payments

RequirementsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamExcellent communication skills and written and spoken EnglishEducation and ExperienceAn A' Level standard of educationKnowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an assetProfessional proficiency in excel is a mustA minimum of 2 years experience handling Maltese payroll life cycle will also be considered an asset
