Our client operating in the Insurance industry is looking for a seasoned Senior Insurance Broker to join their growing Commercial Lines team. This person will play a pivotal role in the company by maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their insurance needs, and ensuring seamless account management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Servicing of our commercial clients' requirements with the issuing of quotations and new insurance policies,
Servicing the processing of insurance policy renewals
Handling of insurance claims
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering suitable solutions.
Gather necessary information from clients to assess their insurance needs and present appropriate options;
Research insurance policies from various companies and negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms for clients;
Ensure clients understand the terms and coverage of their policies in accordance with industry regulations;
Process renewals and amendments to existing policies efficiently and accurately;
Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, correspondence, and maintaining detailed records.

RequirementsAround 5 years of previous local experience in the insurance broking industryPrevious experience in commercial linesFluency in Maltese and EnglishAble to maintain an excellent relationship with clientsAutonomous with strong attention to detailEducation and ExperienceCandidates with CII certification will be given preferenceBenefitsHealth insurance
