The Xara Collection in Malta is looking to recruit a talented Bartender to join the Xara family and work at their new fine historical venue, a 19th-century palazzo, located in the popular Balluta area. A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Xara Collection and be part of our exciting new chapter

About the role:
  • Assist guests regarding the beverage menu in an informative and helpful way
  • Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the Outlet, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

    Requirements:
    • Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset.
    • Previous experience is preferred but not required, as full training and guidance will be provided.
    • Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
    • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
