Reporting to the CEO and Technical Director, you will be responsible for:
Represent the company to property owners, developers, project managers, and architects, and maintain a comprehensive client database.
Build relationships with banks and financing entities in Malta, and assist in feasibility studies and business plans.
Identify and monitor tenders for public and private projects, coordinate tender participation, and oversee project supervision and contract management alongside engineers and quantity surveyors.
Act as the main contractor representative, coordinating communication with clients, project managers, and architects.
Manage daily business development activities, prepare monthly reports, monitor operational expenses, supervise staff, and liaise with public authorities.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
RequirementsProven track record of success in sales and business development within the construction industry locallyStrong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, flexible, and well-organised approachA proficient user of AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeHold an excellent level of written and verbal EnglishEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in EngineeringBenefitsBonuses based on achieving agreed-upon targets.
