Reporting directly to the CEO you will be working with the sales team, champion the products of the Company and will be responsible to develop marketing and sales strategies and helping drive company sales. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop an overall sales and marketing strategy by identifying target customers, selecting marketing tools, positioning, and setting specific objectives whilst also executing it
Champion our products and work closely with the Sales team to ensure the effectiveness of the sales and marketing approach implemented, find ways to sell in any market, and provide suggestions for improvements when required
Research different client bases, set up and execute a lead generation strategy based on identified target audiences
Ensure that product knowledge is readily available to other sales employees through various internal resources
Analyse competition and targeted markets to build successful strategies and to ensure that the business remains competitive in terms of sales, acquisitions and retention
Analysing and optimising sales and marketing strategies and feedback from clients, to increase competitiveness, enhance performance and deliver the best possible results for the business
Establish and monitor the marketing budget allocation and distribution
Handle all sales and marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish
Keep abreast with the latest best practices in sales and marketing, business development and account management
Manage digital platforms owned by the company, including websites and other social media channels
Create and sustain relationships with stakeholders, agencies and vendors
Attend seminars, conferences and events
