Content Creator and Manager

NOTE: This is a full-time, office-based role . WHAT YOU’LL DO *Content Creation & Social Media Management:
* • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond • Stay on top of trends and implement content aligned with brand strategy • Craft compelling concepts, write captions, and tell visual stories that convert • Implement and manage content schedules across platforms • Encourage engagement and capture UGC — passing warm leads to our team • Leverage AI tools to streamline content ideation, production, editing, and repurposing *Graphic Design:
* • Create visually stunning content for social media and printed materials • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements • Support campaign visuals from concept to delivery • Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency WHAT YOU BRING • Proven experience in graphic design and content creation • A strong portfolio showcasing your design and video work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar platforms
• Ability to write effective prompts and use AI for content creation, design, video editing , research, and workflow optimization
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Fast, flexible, and excited to jump on trends
• Confident communicator and team player
