Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and installations while minimising disruption to the production process.
• Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns , ensuring machinery is returned to operation efficiently.
• Carry out fault identification and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of technical issues.
• Provide technical support to the production and maintenance teams.
• Perform quality and technical checks on the production line.
• Assist in maintaining required quality, safety and operational standards .
• Support maintenance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Check, set, operate and maintain PET bottling equipment and associated machinery.
• Carry out routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before they result in breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report technical issues when required. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing or production maintenance .
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience working with production machinery and automated equipment.
• Experience with PET bottling or packaging equipment would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance/production team.
• A proactive, practical and safety-conscious approach to work.
