Quantity Surveyor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing detailed Bill of Quantities according to market prices;
• Reviewing and taking off quantities from drawings;
• Carrying out regular inspections and necessary measurements on-site at all phases of the project;
• Evaluating quotations and request for payments from third parties; Keeping track of cost during implantation of the project;
• Liaising with different contractors/entities regarding all matters relevant to quantity surveying. A full

will be provided during the interview. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of MQF/EQF Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Construction Engineering (Quantity Surveying), or an equivalent recognised qualification;
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Quantity Surveying in construction, however less experience may be considered;
• Strong knowledge of Maltese building regulations and construction practices;
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCad and Microsoft Excel;
• A valid driving license and personal transport;
• Proficiency in the English language. Basic use of the Maltese language would be considered an asset. This role is full-time or part-time.
