Job summary The Chief Compliance Officer will play a key role in enabling safe and sustainable business growth by fostering a culture of integrity and ensuring effective management of compliance, financial crime, conduct and legal risks with responsibility for: Upholding integrity and raising crime, fraud awareness. Promoting a culture of ethics and compliance. Enabling sustainable and well-governed growth. Building regulatory trust and organisational accountability. Requirements Relevant degree/professional qualification. Senior management experience especially in banking and financial services, and in regulatory engagement. Change and transformation leadership.
