Job Description
Coop Services Ltd, an established company working within the transport sector, is currently seeking to recruit a Transport Coordinator. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operations of the transportation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating transportation.
- Liaising with drivers, transportation service providers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring and tracking the movement of vehicles to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
- Identifying and addressing transportation related issues promptly.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- An ordinary level standard of education.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of routes and road regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Problem-solver and a team player.
