The Training Compliance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of NFPA-related training activities.

Working closely with the training team and management, the role supports training schedules, participant management, documentation, and learning systems to ensure a smooth, professional, and compliant training experience across all NFPA training programmes.

Training in NFPA processes, documentation, and programme requirements will be provided by ISTC.

 

Key Responsibilities


Training Logistics & Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions in line with approved training plans.
  • Book and manage training venues (classrooms or virtual platforms).
  • Coordinate catering, equipment, and required training materials.
  • Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for seamless delivery.


Participant Management & Customer Support

  • Act as first point of contact for training‑related enquiries.
  • Manage participant registration and enrolment through the LMS.
  • Track attendance and maintain accurate participant and certification records.
  • Prepare and distribute joining instructions, confirmation letters, and related communications.


Training Materials & Documentation

  • Prepare, format, print, and distribute training materials.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with certification requirements.
  • Maintain organised records of materials, attendance sheets, certificates, and compliance documents.

 

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Organise and maintain training databases and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the training team.
  • Assist with financial processes, including raising orders and liaising with Accounts.

 

Evaluation, Reporting & Platform Support

  • Distribute and consolidate course evaluations and feedback.
  • Assist with analysis of training effectiveness and preparation of reports.
  • Support the setup and administration of online learning courses and LMS activities.
  • Provide basic technical assistance to trainers and participants where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or training support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with LMS / e‑learning platforms (advantage).
  • Exposure to technical or standards‑based training environments (advantage).
  • NFPA training and familiarisation will be provided by ISTC.
