What You'll Be Doing:

As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in the daily hustle of running the store like a well-oiled (and stylish) machine. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, training, and motivating a team that delivers top-tier service
  • Supporting the planning and execution of strategies to drive footfall and boost sales
  • Overseeing daily customer service operations (sales, orders, payments, etc.)
  • Tracking performance metrics and helping smash those monthly targets
  • Managing inventory and keeping things running behind the scenes
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and team development
  • Coaching sales associates and helping them shine
  • Sharing fresh ideas and sales techniques with the team
  • Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and creating loyal fans
  • Using data to evaluate performance and shape strategy.
  • Upholding company standards, policies, and a culture of excellence
  • Being a role model and the go-to person when the Store Manager is away

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong customer service and sales instincts
  • Experience using MS Office and retail systems
  • Confidence with reporting, sales stats, and planning tools
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude and a love for collaboration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak trading periods
