Job Summary

Overall Purpose:

The Business Analyst facilitates the alignment between business objectives and technological solutions by gathering, analysing, documenting, and designing requirements. This role involves fostering collaboration among stakeholders, proposing improvements in existing processes, and assisting effective change management, testing, validation, training, and supporting throughout the implementation process and sustaining future business improvements. The goal is to enhance business operations and maximise the value derived from CRM systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

The job holder will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, needs, and requirements.
• Conducting meetings and workshops to effectively gather and validate information.
• Reviewing and analysing existing processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, improve and optimize business operations.
• Documenting business requirements, use cases, and process flows to communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
• Working closely with CRM team to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Supporting change management processes by assessing the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems.
• Providing feedback to line managers to ensure successful implementation and sustain future innovation of business processes.
• Collaborating with Test Manager and CRM team to develop test cases and scenarios.
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Providing support to training centre and trainers to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Defining and monitoring KPIs to implemented solutions and offering insights to drive further optimisation.
• Assisting CRM team to develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as needed.
• Staying up to date on banking trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to propose innovative features and channels.
• Ensuring alignment with internal policies, risk frameworks, and EU regulatory requirements.

In addition to the specific functions, management may assign more duties as required for the job from time to time.

Required Criteria

Previous proven work experience of four (4) years in banking and/or finance or a digital transformation environment, two (2) years of which within a business analysis or project-related role, and an MQF Level 5 Award in in a business-related field.

OR

Previous proven work experience of five (5) years in banking and/or finance or a digital transformation environment, two (2) years of which within a business analysis or project-related role.

OR

Previous proven work experience of two (2) years in banking and/or finance or a digital transformation environment, one (1) year of which within a business analysis or project-related role, and an MQF Level 6 Bachelor's Degree in in a business-related field.

Desirable Criteria

Previous proven direct work experience working on CRM implementation; Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
