Overview

Manpower is seeking to recruit an IT Professional to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

Offer daily technical support to users and contribute to the upkeep of internal IT systems.
Work alongside internal departments and external service providers to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement approved system changes.
Prepare test scenarios, carry out system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure documentation and operational manuals are current.
Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of custom-built applications tailored to business needs.
Build and manage reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of practical experience in:
- Writing database queries using SQL or similar tools.
- Programming in any language, with openness to learning a proprietary ERP language.
- Data warehousing, including ETL processes, data modelling, and development.
MQF Level 5 or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Motivated, curious, and keen to develop professionally.
Dependable, proactive, and trustworthy.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Experience or certification in Salesforce administration is considered a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle BI is an advantage.
