House Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Attendant to join our team at our prestigious 5-star hotel. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and procedures, for consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct routine checks of guest rooms and public spaces to address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Use housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and follow instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a courteous and timely manner.
• Complete all cleaning tasks to the hotel's quality standards and report any areas for improvement

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position is required.Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment and/or a Forbes Travel Guide-rated establishment is preferred.Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
