Job Description: As a Mid-Level IT Solutions Consultant, you'll support multiple projects, integrate technology with business strategies, and take ownership of client solutions. Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring deliverables are completed successfully.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and guide clients through the change process.
• Advise and support clients in optimizing business processes through innovative IT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing business requirements with technological solutions.
• Conduct on-site client visits to facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of previous software development experience.
• Fluency in Maltese and English, with access to own transport.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field is considered an asset.
• Experience dealing with clients and stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience installing and maintaining SQL databases.
