Role Overview
This role focuses on driving the growth and effectiveness of Web Shop implementations for gaming partners. You will bridge game economy expertise, product strategy, analytics, and partner advisory to improve monetization outcomes, influence roadmap decisions, and strengthen the value of Web Shop as a revenue channel.
Key Responsibilities
• Support pre-sales and partner engagements with expert materials, workshops, and solution design
• Analyze live Web Shops, player behavior, and game economy metrics to propose data-driven improvements
• Develop growth plans and best practices for partners' monetization strategies
• Produce internal and external expert content: guides, case studies, knowledge base materials
• Collaborate with product teams on new Web Shop features and roadmap development
• Research market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging eCommerce models in gaming
• Maintain structured documentation and standardize repeatable solutions for internal teams
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Game Designer, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar)
• Strong expertise in F2P monetization and game economy modeling
• Solid analytical skills: hypothesis building, metric evaluation, feature impact assessment
• Understanding of live-ops, in-game events, and monetization mechanics
• Fluent English for communication with international partners
• Experience collaborating with business development or sales teams

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex information
