Head of Distribution

Industry: Insurance
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue
• Liaise with the Product & Distribution Development Manager to identify product opportunities and threats in the market and create strategies accordingly
• Develop plans to seek the potential expansion of the network in strategic locations
• Work closely with the COs and managers to drive data-driven decision making 
• Ensure the implementation of the relevant Quality Assurance and Customer Excellence standards are in place 
• Analyse and review financial results, product profitability, business mix and competitive information and forecast performance
• Support in the design of processes to simplify insurance acquisition for small businesses and individuals
• Ensure that market conduct regulations, applicable areas of risk management and compliance are adhered to in all channels

What skills do you need?

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA and/or CX would be preferred
• An insurance qualifications, or quality control certifications would be preferred
• Project management skills, negotiation skills, leadership qualities, sales attributes would be required
• Ability to recommend enhancements to optimize customer experience
• Ideally speaks Maltese

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
